THE COURTS ARE FINISHED!
Cant wait to get back out to use the Tennis and Pickleball courts in earnest! How much longer before its time to play? We still have a little more to do, like adding benches and maybe some landscaping, but otherwise the area is complete.
Aside from adding a picnic table, the Tot Lot is finished and has already proven to be a fun play area for smaller children. They have already come up with their own creative ways to enjoy their new space.
The fences and gates in all of the recreation areas have been fixed and adjusted.

Now that Corner Property Management has assumed full management responsibilities for our community, we are happy to announce that they offer electronic file maintenance and communication for all homeowners.
Bills and balances can now be viewed online. Messages from the Association or the Manager can be sent via email directly to your account.
In order to get signed up, please email info@cp-management.com with your name and home's address. You will receive a code that you can use to set up and access your account.

Winter is upon us!
This peaceful season gives us an opportunity to take stock and make plans for Spring. It's the perfect time to clean up and declutter the inside of our homes, when our outdoor work is mostly limited to shoveling snow,
which we don't see much of anymore.
Remember: The Township asks that we attempt to remove cars from the street when we do have plowable snow so the plows can get by.
Yard waste is still being picked up every Saturday if you have any.

As all pet owners should be aware, both our Associations Regulations and Hamilton Township Ordinance #1558-2006 require owners:
• Immediately pick up and dispose of pet waste.
• Minimum Township Fine is $100 for first offense.
• Dog owners must have their animals controlled by a leash not more than 6 feet in length.
• Dog owners must control the noise their pet(s) make. A noise disturbance is defined by a dog
barking continuously for 10 minutes or intermittently for 30 minutes.
Offending residents of our community will received notices from the Association, and possibly fines. Repeating offenders will be reported to the Township for ordinance violations.
Trash collection is every Tuesday and Recycling collection is every other Tuesday. Click the here for additional trash collection information.
There are various unregistered or abandoned (disabled and not moved in a long time) vehicles in our community. We would like to remind you that per the Township's code
[Code 1979, § 133-26; Ord. No. 00-056, 2-7-2001; Ord. No. 08-056, 9-17-2008]
All vehicles found by the Township Police Department to be abandoned may be subject to towing. The vehicle owner will be responsible for towing fees.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted on any lot in the community and vehicles are not to be on lawns or inside of the cul-de-sac circles .
