As an Association, Homeowners and Tenants are required to follow the By-Laws of our community. Homeowners in violation of the By-Laws are subject to notification and fines, if applicable. The fines, if necessary, are issued incrementally.
First Offense: $25.00
Second Offense: $50.00
Third and Subsequent offenses: $100.00 each
If you have received a notification and feel it is incorrect, please reach out to the Property Manager to discuss your concern.
The Association has common areas that require maintenance, insurance and care. The Board Members and Management seek to efficiently maintain our neighborhoods, while keeping costs as affordable as possible.
Our Association Fees are $500.00 per year and are billed quarterly. The quarterly fees are $125.00 and are paid during the following months: January ~ April ~ July ~ October

Our community is run by volunteer homeowners who have been selected to represent Hamilton Pointe and Misty Pines. The members are selected during the annual homeowner meeting.
Each Board Member is elected for a two year term.
