The Hamilton Pointe - Misty Pines Homeowners Association provides amenities to enrich the lives of its Homeowners making this a great place to call home.

Maintain lawns, clean beds, trim bushes and trees. Power wash your homes, sheds and fences. Place trash and Recycling Totes out of sight from the street. Pick up any litter discarded near your home. We are a community dedicated to fostering a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all residents.

     Our community is run by volunteer homeowners who have been elected to represent all Hamilton Pointe and Misty Pines residents. It is the responsibility of each Board Member to act in the best interest of the community. The members are selected during the last annual homeowner meeting.

    *Each Board Member is elected 

    for a two year term.

     The ultimate goal of a Homeowners Association is to maintain property values by keeping appearance standards. The Association has common areas that require maintenance, insurance and care. Also, software and staffing for communication, accounting, legal, and management...all of which require contracts and payment. The Board Members and M

     The ultimate goal of a Homeowners Association is to maintain property values by keeping appearance standards. The Association has common areas that require maintenance, insurance and care. Also, software and staffing for communication, accounting, legal, and management...all of which require contracts and payment. The Board Members and Management Company seek to efficiently maintain our community, while keeping costs as affordable as possible. 

    The fee per homeowner is currently $125.00 per quarter.

    Now that Corner Property Management has assumed full management responsibilities for our community, we are happy to announce that they offer electronic file maintenance and communication for all homeowners.

    Bills and balances can now be viewed online. Messages from the Association or the Manager can be sent via email directly to your account.

    In order to get signed up, please email info@cp-management.com with your name and home's address.

    You will receive a code that you can use to set up and access your account.

    *We would love to have everyone on board so that we can save money on mailings. It would be much more cost effective to use email instead of paying for printing, stuffing, and postage.
