ACUA Trash collection is every Tuesday and Recycling collection is every other Tuesday.
Check the ACUA website for instruction on the pick up of bulk items.
We also have ACUA yard waste pick up every Saturday. Branches must tied in four foot bundles or in containers.
PLEASE be reminded that Trash, Recycling, and Yard Waste are only to be put out the day before the scheduled pick-up.
Also, trashcans are to be stored out of plain sight of the street.
The Pet Waste Station cans are for single episode
Pet waste bags only. Please limit the use of the pet waste bags to what you use while walking your pet. Please refrain from taking numerous bags at once.
The cans provided are for people walking
their dogs in the Community.
Kindly use your own trash container
for larger amounts of dog waste.
The cans are not to be used
for your personal disposal
of waste that you create in your home or
that you pick up in your yard.
As always, if you see a discarded item while walking, pick it up and dispose of it in a nearby waste receptacle.
As an Association, Homeowners and Tenants are required to follow the By-Laws of our Community. Homeowners are responsible for their tenants. Homeowners in violation of the By-Laws are subject to notification and fines, if applicable. Homeowners will receive a warning of the violation, then 30 days later, if the violation has not been cured, a fine will be levied.
The fines, if necessary, are issued incrementally.
If you have received a notification of a violation and feel it is incorrect, please reach out to the Property Manager to discuss your concern. Violations are recorded in order to keep our property values up, not to "GET" anybody.

Improvements requiring a permit from the Township must be approved by the Board. Fill out an ARC form on your VANTACA Portal.

PARKING
As a reminder: campers, trailers, boats, tractors, lawnmowers, ATV's, and RV's, are not permitted to be parked on Common Areas or anywhere visible on our lots. If these types of vehicles are parked on the street they will be ticketed as obstructing traffic.
All vehicles found by the Township Police Department to be abandoned may be subject to towing. The vehicle owner will be responsible for towing fees.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted on any lot in the community and vehicles are not to be on lawns or inside of the cul-de-sac circles .
Our Association Fees are $125.00 quarterly and are paid during the following months:January - April - July - OctoberPayments may be made using your VANTACA Portal. (for a processing fee)Payments may also be sent to:
